Don't Worry Whiskey Club Meeting Recap!The evening’s topic was Proofing Whiskey. Members opened the “Club Bourbon Cask,” which had been filled more than four years ago.
We hand‑filled our own bottles with cask‑strength whiskey (61.5% ABV), then corked, labeled, and wax‑dipped them.
Everyone enjoyed tasting the proofed‑down Golden Grain Whiskey (57.5% ABV) and the NEW Mafia Canned Cocktail, available at retail locations and at Buffalo Distilling Company.Dinner was served prior to the meeting, and each guest received a complimentary cocktail.
